A long path that leads from the Arch of Titus to the Curia, crossing the monumental heart of what was once the public area of the capital of an endless empire of antiquity.
The new route extends over a length of 1.5 km, touching some of the major monuments of the Roman Forum, allowing entry and exit from the ticket office located in Largo della Salaria Vecchia,
The new route runs along the Via Sacra, however not following the straight line of the ancient road but, thanks to detours, allows access to monuments such as the House of the Vestals, the Temple of Romulus, the Lacus Luturnae, the overview of the Temple of Antoninus and Faustina, up to the large Piazza del Foro.
Furthermore, the route rejoins the sections already built in the past that lead to the Basilica of Maxentius, and from the Basilica of Emilia reach the Curia.
In addittion the accessible path that now goes from the Curia to the Arch of Titus will arrive on the Palatine Hill, joining those existing between the Museum and the House of Augustus.
