Maiori Wheelchair Accessible Tours
Maiori wheelchair accessible tours, is a town of almost 6,000 inhabitants characterized by a beautiful promenade.
That accompanies the beach for over a kilometer and is ideal for taking a walk to the Norman Tower.
Particularly known for its typical religious architecture, Maiori hosts the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria a Mare.
Is the main religious building in the area, dating back to the XIII century and containing the remains of San Clemente.
Unfortunately a large part of the historic center was destroyed by a terrible flood in 1954.
The renovation gave the town a decidedly more modern look than it was.
