We have recently returned from another fantastic trip to Italy, and this marks our third time of using Vincenzo's services.
This time we based ourselves in the wonderful city of Milan.
We were met by accessible van and driven to our selected hotel.
The following day it was arranged that we would visit Lake Maggiore.
Luckily for us, Vincenzo had already personally checked the accessibility of the ferry docking at Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori, so we knew that we would be able to access the main quayside of these islands with my husband's wheelchair.
Despite the grey clouds and sometimes torrential rain we enjoyed our day. We spent the next day exploring Milan on foot, being careful to negotiate the cobbled roads and pavements.
We had tea in the square overlooking the Duomo and then we walked through the shopping mall towards the Teatro alla Scala, where we enjoyed a tour of the theater, courtesy of the staff assisting us by using the service lift.
Prior to our arrival in Milan, we asked Vincenzo to arrange for us to take the train from Milan to Venice during our week's stay, and he purchased our tickets in advance and organised special assistance for us for the wheelchair.
The drivers that Vincenzo had organised for us were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating to ensure we got the best experience.
A nice touch was the fact that Vincenzo ensured that we always had someone accompanying us who spoke English, which enhanced the whole trip.
One of my personal highlights of the trip was seeing the ballet Romeo e Giulietta at Teatro alla Scala.
If you want to see Italy, then I have no hesitation in recommending Accessible Italian Holiday to take care of all your special needs.
Vincenzo has become a firm friend to us and I know he will do his utmost to ensure all his clients have the best time possible when they put their trust in him.
Many thanks, Sandie & Alan West - Waterlooville, UK
