The entrance to the monument is on Piazza del Colosseo, on the side of the square facing Via Celio Vibenna.

The area is cobblestone paved.

The entrance is level with the road and it provides direct access to the inside of the Arena.

Inside of the monument, an elevator serves upper floor, adapted for wheelchair users, reduced mobility and disabled persons.

After buying the admission ticket at the ticket office, some bouncy pave have to be negotiated.

There is a toilet for wheelchair users, reduced mobility persons and disabled outside, on the side of the square facing Via Labicana.

Another accessible toilet nearby the cashier.
